“Dear Business Community,
Well, I guess it could be a great weekend! I hear Barbados is sending over their best weather for us to enjoy, and hopefully lockdown is continuing to ease too.
Now that we are in a more positive frame of mind, if your business is (or might be) looking for funding then you might wish to bear the following in mind.
A good finance broker will save you money. By being connected to a team of specialist lenders, they can save you on things like interest rates by getting you the right type of finance for your business. And it can be done in 3-10 days.
So, DON’T be tempted to answer an easy looking online advertisement! You might be accepted but it might not be the right loan for you. Discuss your situation with me first and we’ll review lenders and options together.

On the other side of all of this, don’t wait too long and apply for finance only when you really need it. Finance can be difficult to get and more expensive, when your bank balance is showing that it is starting to get under pressure.
A good broker will have many finance options for you right now, even if you don’t need it yet, because they know their industry and how to operate within it.
For instance, they might suggest a revolving credit facility, where the Government will pay your interest for the first year.
Here are two suggestions for you to consider.
